All refund requests are subject to verification, and The Carlyle Estate LLC reserves the right to make the final determination regarding any refund.

7. FACILITY RULES AND SAFETY

SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY. VIOLATION OF SAFETY RULES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF ACCESS.

8.3 Booking and Payment Violations

- Making false or fraudulent bookings

- Attempting to circumvent payment requirements

- Reselling bookings without authorization

8.4 Facility Safety Violations

- Ignoring safety protocols and procedures

- Bringing prohibited items onto the premises

- Engaging in reckless or dangerous behavior

- Interfering with emergency procedures or equipment

8.5 Horse-Related Violations

- Mistreating or abusing animals

- Unauthorized handling of horses

- Ignoring veterinary or care instructions

- Bringing unauthorized animals onto the property

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by The Carlyle Estate LLC or our licensors. Users may not:

- Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission

- Use our trademarks or branding without authorization

- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

- Create derivative works based on our content

- The total amount paid by you to The Carlyle Estate LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim

- One thousand dollars ($1,000)
